How does your shipping work?
Most orders are shipped through USPS. You will receive an email from us when your item ships. We trust that your merchandise should arrive safely. Please check all items for possible shipping damage upon receipt. If any damage has been found, please email pictures to info@lollipopvibe.com within 48 hours of receiving your order and we will help you file a claim with USPS for your shipment.
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you wish to return your purchase, please email info@lollipopvibe.com for return instructions. Please know that we will only accept returns of unused items within 30 days of purchase. Your original receipt is required for returns. The amount of your original purchase will be refunded to you, excluding any shipping charges.  PLEASE NOTE – subscriptions, custom orders, special-order merchandise and sale items are not returnable.
